The Luxe Package covers all aspects of your wedding planning from concept through the day of your event, and the follow-up after.
This package is truly the All-Inclusive wedding planning package.

We work with you 1:1 by taking care of all the details and presenting you with planning help from every category. From venue locations to menu choices, to budgets and license requirements; we will be there for you every step of the way.

With unlimited consultations, calls, and emails, we will ensure that your wedding day looks exactly like you’ve dreamed!

Our style towards this package gives you the opportunity to tailor fit a package that reflects your wants and needs throughout your engagement and planning.
We can set you up with monthly or every-other-month planning sessions (60-90 mins, in person or phone sessions) and then we provide you with a list of items to work on, and a to-do list for us to help you on until the next scheduled meeting.

These planning sessions are the best way we’ve found to customize a package for your wedding based on your planning style and personal needs. It’s a great way to get help on a monthly or every-other-month basis.
With the couple still being a 50% part of the planning role/duties. It’s a win-win for many modern couples who still want to plan their weddings, but need more than the Basic Package offers.
This package also includes all items in our Basic Package.
Basic Day Of Coordination Package
$1500.00
On the day of your wedding or event who’s going to be there to coordinate vendors? Que the music & line up your wedding party for the processional?
Who will ensure the decor and set-up are exactly how you envisioned? What about clean up & getting gifts into the right vehicle at the end of the evening?

Your wedding or personal event is not the time to ask friends or family to help with these tasks, this is the time to hire a professional to do all this for you, so you can enjoy each exciting moment of your day to the fullest with your loved ones and friends.

This package is geared for those that has planned most of their day of details & now that the big day is approaching, you deserve to relax & have peace of mind by having an event coordinator there throughout the day, overseeing vendors, design & coordination of the event, wedding ceremony, reception, or all of the above.
We’ll be there to free you from the time-consuming details, so you can truly enjoy & be in the moment.

Event Management Package includes
Two planning meetings – 1st scheduled 8 weeks out from wedding/event date and final meeting scheduled 4 weeks out from wedding/event date, to go over all vendor arrival and departure times, wedding party, and various day of scheduling.
Attends your final venue site visit with you.
A custom-made hourly rehearsal and wedding day/event timeline given to the couple, bridal party, family, and vendors, and any necessary personnel.
Vendor confirmation emails/calls the week of wedding/event.
